We exist to advocate for, facilitate and celebrate Human Excellence And Flourishing.
Launched in 2017, the mission stems from the passion of the founder, Steven Parker
Human
We work for all the human race; currently this includes workplaces, religious groups, youth, disadvantaged, and schools.
Excellence
Our end game for individuals is that they achieve greater and more authentic performance excellence.
And
A conjunction word because working with individuals is not enough - groups also have a need. Neither a focus on performance excellence - the whole person affects the whole person.
Flourishing
Our end game for organisations is that they flourish as a result of their people flourishing.

Youth Pastor, 2011-2016.
Working long term with youth highlights how important patience, ongoing support, and quality programming is in seeing individuals grow into wholeness. It also highlights that despite all these, you can't win every battle (!).
Operations Manager/senior staff, 2007-2011.
It was here I learnt that the needs of clients are generally easier to meet than the needs of staff. For organisations to really flourish, leaders/managers must strive to be a “seedbox organisation” for their people. This 'servant leadership’ approach is what makes possible the greatest rewards in staff culture, engagement and performance.
Outdoor instructor, 2002-present
Working with groups short term provides excellent opportunity to improve personal leadership skills observing what does and doesn’t work. Time and time again the basics of good leadership have been reinforced; the importance of good relationship, clear direction, group boundaries, achievable but challenging goals, etc, etc.
Outdoor Education Qualifications awards include: NZOIA Rock 1, Cave 1, Sea Kayak 1, Bush 2, Alpine 1 (currently on hold), Pre Hospital Emergency Care, Project Adventure Debriefing and Facilitation Skills.
