These basic building blocks combine to form the Leadership Cubed programmes below but may be contracted on their own.
8 Great Habits day course
A high energy, fast-paced tour of the 8 Great Habits

$60/person + StrengthFinder test (circa $30)
Outdoor Education
Working in collaboration with Adventure Specialties Trust we can provide both classical outdoor education experiences and more intentionally facilitated programmes.
Signature Leadership Cubed programmes
The Leadership Cubed (L³ ) programmes combine three key variables;
- Classic leadership content (including Strength Based Leadership and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People)
- Facilitated practise scenarios and supported real-world problem solving
- An ongoing coaching relationship
Partnership (i.e.sponsorship and visit) with your school's local business community is encouraged.
L³ The Full Monty (under construction)
Aim: to develop leadership skill, ability and presence within potential year 13 student leaders.
Key details: 1 full calendar year. 20 contact days + 5 individual coaching sessions. Group size 8-10, however two groups may be run at once.
Outcomes
- Cover basic leadership theory
- Receive the StrengthFinder assessment and Quest coaching package.
- Complete the 8 Great Habits Day and Focus courses (see above and below).
- Identify an appropriate opportunity to apply learning to a real need and deliver a solution.
- Complete three tramps with increasing levels of self management
- With collaboration with the host school, this program can incorporate the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme and Unit Standard assessment
L³ Semester
Aim: Develop leadership understanding and personal team-manship.
Key details: 5 months. 12 contact days + 3 individual coaching sessions. Year 11-13. Group size 8-10, however two groups may be run at once.
Outcomes
- Cover basic leadership theory- Receive the Strength’s Finder assessment and Quest coaching package
- Complete the 8 Great Habits Day and Focus courses (see above and below)
- Complete two 3 day tramps facilitating course content
L³ StrengthFinder Focus
Aim: Develop self awareness of one's talent, and what self-management and courage is needed for good team-manship.
Key details: 1hr presentation (open-invite), 1hr individual coaching session and 1 day program. Year 11-13. Group size 6-20.
Outcomes
- 1 hour “How you will succeed” presentation (free and open-invite - may be used to gauge interest).
- 1 hour individual coaching session
- 1 day in depth teamwork session with scenario(s)
L³ 8 Great Habits Focus
Aim: Understand and begin to develop a proven self-mastery framework (that is; good character) from which leadership of self and others can grow.
Key details: 1 day course, 2 afternoon sessions and a 3 day tramp. Years 9-13. Group size 8-10, however two groups may be run at once.
Note: students need to complete the 8 Great Habits day course.
Outcomes
- Complete the 8 Great Habits Day course (see above)
- Spend 2 afternoons developing Habits 1, 2&3 and preparing for tramp
- Complete a 3 day tramp facilitated against the 8 Great Habits framework
L³ Semester – modular
Aim: Develop student leadership understanding and personal team-manship.
A L³ Semester modular course can be built for students who have completed both the StrengthFinder and 8 Habit Focus courses. The modular programme may also be spread out over 3 years.
Key details: 10 contact days + 3 individual coaching sessions. Year 10-13. Group size 8-10, however two groups may be run at once.
Outcomes
- Cover basic leadership theory
- Complete the StrengthFinder Focus course
- Complete the 8 Great Habits Day and Focus courses (see above)
- Complete two 3 day tramps facilitating course content
